1. Parties and scope

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of PetPal ("the Service"), operated by [Legal entity TBD], registered in the Czech Republic under company ID [TBD] ("PetPal", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a PetPal account. Users under 18 may not purchase premium features or create breeding listings.

For premium features, each pet must have at least one adult member with billing rights.

3. Emergency card and passport sharing

By enabling the Emergency card, you consent to disclosing the name, photo, species, breed, allergy information, vaccination status and your phone number to anyone who has the URL.

The Emergency card can be disabled at any time. Disabling does not invalidate physical QR codes — they will display a deactivation message.

4. Breeding marketplace

The breeding marketplace is a listings service. PetPal facilitates contact between users and assumes no liability for breeding outcomes, animal health or disputes between users.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. EU consumers retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their country of residence.
